Vote on Blockfrost Non-profit

I am voting to ABSTAIN on the governance action with hash 5439b6141625436ccf600f910bb0b3301b6288933a2cdf7939758848ae8b9997#0.

Justification

I must vote abstain because of a direct conflict of interest in this proposal. Sundae Labs has been asked to provide an interim board member for the formation of the non-profit.

That being said, having agreed to provide that support, I am clearly in support of this proposal. I believe transitioning Blockfrost to a not-for-profit structure will foster a reliable, non-exploitive, and neutral infrastructure layer for Cardano that the core node alone cannot satisfy.
